Adhivaktas.com is an online service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and nothing is posted or couriered to you.

The service is delivered online at app.adhivaktas.com, on any phone or computer with a web browser, and is available as soon as you sign in. It is free until May 2027.

Once we charge our platform fee, whatever it pays for will appear in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. If it has not appeared within 30 minutes, use Support inside the app or write to support@adhivaktas.com, and we will either fix it or refund you.

Work done by one advocate for another is delivered between the two of them, not by us. See the Terms of Use.
